Moderator- Tomas Castrejon- Senior Manager, General Dynamics
Tomas is the General Dynamics Senior Manager for the commercial Incident Response and Digital Forensics division. He has extensive
digital forensic experience gained from his time as a law enforcement officer and working for a Big 4 consulting firm where he
served as the National Computer Forensics Practice Leader. Tomas has testified in both criminal and civil cases in California,
before the Grand Jury, and as an expert. In addition, he has lectured on forensic tools, techniques, and trends in digital
forensics.
Session Panelist- Josh Gilliland, Professional Development Manager,D4 LLC
Joshua Gilliland, Professional Development
Manager for D4 LLC and a former practicing attorney,has used litigation support software products in complex business cases and
criminal appellate matters. Josh has five years of experience using CT Summation iBlaze in both the practice of law and for CT
Summation at seminars, trade shows and supporting product development.Josh conducts seminars on the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Federal Rules of Evidence, e-Discovery,and other growing trends in litigation. Josh has planned and coordinated large
seminars and webinars with many thought leaders in the industry, including Michael Arkfeld, William Kellermann, Tom O'Connor and
Magistrate Judge John Facciola.He effectively applies his real-world knowledge to show lawyers how they can increase their
efficiency and master factual issues using litigation support software. Josh launched the CT Summation Blawg, highlighting issues
of text message authentication, YouTube deposition exhibits, and MP3 Players as the cause of class action lawsuits. Josh also
practiced construction defect litigation at Roger, Scott & Helmer. He worked as a contract attorney and consultant on complex
civil cases and a Federal Habeas appeal in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he gained experience in using both CT Summation and
Trial Director. Josh received his J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 2001 and holds an A.B. in
Political Science from University of California at Davis. He also ties a mean bowtie.
Session Panelist-Mark Massey, Partner Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP
Massey has over 15 years of professional experience specializing in forensic investigations, litigation support, risk management,
and the preparation, negotiation and settlement of complex insurance claims. Mr. Massey has prepared expert reports and provided
expert testimony. Mr. Massey has experience in a diverse range of industries including telecommunications, high tech industries,
manufacturing, food processing,oil & gas, and financial services.
Session Panelist-Kyle Ritter, Deputy Sheriff, Alameda County Sheriff's Office
Kyle Ritter has been a law enforcement officer for 26 years. He began his career with the U.S. Army Military Police where he was the supervisor in the Investigations Unit.
In 1989 he left the military and began his civilian law enforcement career. He has worked Patrol, General Crimes Investigations,
Narcotics Enforcement, and Crime Suppression, with the Vallejo Police Department and the Alameda County Sheriff's Office. Kyle is
currently a Detective Sergeant with the Sheriff's Office and supervises the High-Technology Crimes Unit and the Digital and
Multimedia Evidence Unit. Kyle has had over 1,500 hours of formal training in computer forensic examinations with various State,
Federal, and private organizations. He has conducted in excess of 600 computer forensic examinations on hundreds of computer
systems for a variety of crimes that include child pornography, identity theft, fraud, homicide, terrorism, threats, internal
investigations and other various State and Federal violations. Kyle has completed the POST Institute for Criminal Investigations
and holds advanced certificates in computer crimes and narcotics investigation. He also holds various certifications in computer
forensics such as the EnCE, CCE, CEECS and ACE. Kyle has testified on over 110 occasions as an expert witness in narcotics
investigations, computer forensics examinations and computer crimes investigations.

Session Panelist-Joel Yusim, Program Manager, CISCO Systems
Joel Yusim is currently the Program Manager at Cisco Systems
responsible for Global Investigative Support. This team provides the acquisition, analysis and consultation pertaining to
electronic evidence in support of Cisco's Global Internal Investigations. Prior to joining Cisco Joel was the Investigations
Manager for Oracle. Joel is a former Special Agent Supervisor for the California Department of Justice. Joel holds a Bachelors
Degree in Criminal Justice from San Jose State University and is currently working on his Masters Degree in Project Management
at the University of San Francisco
